Included in the
price are: consumptions of electricity, water and gas, sat-TV,
final cleaning, linen for the bed and the bath, safe deposit
box, electric iron and ironing board, use of the washing machine,

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
At the moment of the reservation, you'll receive an e-mail
containing the banking coordinates in order to pay down in
confirmation of the reservation.
The pre-payment is established in the percentage of 25% of the
total price.
The balance will be paid by you directly in our agriturismo.
The reservation becomes binding for us when we'll receive an
e-mail with the data of the payment and the banking reply.
TERMS FOR THE CANCELLATION
We apply the terms that are in force in the European
Community in travelling.
If you want to cancel after you pay down, the following rules
are applied:
- Over 60 days prior to
arrival we will refund the 80% of the earnest money.
- Between 60 and 30 days prior
to arrival we will refund the 50% of the earnest money.
- Between 30 days and the day
of arrival we will not refund anything.
