The Rifugio San Francesco ' Bed & Breakfast is located in a quiet area of Ostia, you can get it by underground in 30 minutes from the centre of Rome or in 15 minutes from Fiumicino airport (the main Rome airport).

The apartment, at the 1st floor, it has 2 bedrooms, double services, a balcony and it's 50 metres distance from the beach.

The entire area is archeologically very interesting, cause it's near to Ostia Antica, wich was the old roman harbour, inside the ruins exist an old roman theatre, where, during summer, performances are put on stage. We stay to 600 metres from tourist port of Rome designed to welcome boats of all dimension. The guest have their own keys so they can come back at anytime. For the keys received there is a caution money to pay that will be returned at the end of the stay.

The rooms are equipped with TV and sails ventilator.
