"San Ferdinando ai Gelsomini " (4 beds) The apartment is located on the first floor (a short flight up from ground level) of one of the original farm structures, this newly renovated two bedroom apartment is an excellent choice for 4 people. The open plan living room / dining area has a fireplace with the kitchen area at the far end of the room. The bathroom has a shower.

"San Ferdinando alle Rose" (4 beds) The apartment is located on the first floor of the cottage. It has an indipendent entrance, one living-room with fireplace, Television, kitchen and two matrimonial bedrooms (1 can have separated beds). Bathroom with shower and window; self-heating; wide organized external area.

Pieve di Piana (9 beds)The apartment is located in the abbey called "Santa Innocenza a Piana" . It has an indipendent entrance and a completely enclosed and organized courtyard.

There are four double bedrooms (one matrimonial, two matrimonial + twin beds and one double-room), two bathrooms with shower, wide living-room with TV and fireplace.

One dining-room with fireplace, kitchen with washing-machine and fireplace to cook; balcony and a wonderful view; autonomous heating.

Pieve Focolare (8 beds) is located on the first floor of a converted abbe, parts of wich date back to the IX century, this spacious atmospheric apartment can accomodate up to eight people easily.

There are four double bedrooms (two is possible separed beds).

Belvedere (2 twin-apartments, 2 beds each one) The apartments are located in a renovated cottage, once used for drying tobacco, wich sits across from a pear and apple orchard. Each apartment can accomodate two persons. There is one double bedroom, a combined living-room and kitchen eating area, with wood-stove, and a bathroom with a shower. It is possible for one person to sleep on the convertible sofa in the living-room. Each apartment has access to outdoor grilling and eating areas.

S.Ignazio(6/8 beds) The apartment is situated on the second floor above Ripolina's wine-voulte (in wich the wine is produced, stored and tested ).  In this apartment there are 2 bedrooms with a big bed and a little bad, and 1 double badroom, 1 bath with shower and 1 bath with bath tub, a big kitchen/living-room with fireplace, sofa and TV.  Separate entrance, little terrace and little garden.
