This
phrase, penned by an English poet, inspired us to choose a new way of life
in the countryside of the Tuscan hills, among olive trees and vineyards;
lines of cypress trees and untamed woodland with ancient villages dating
back to the middle ages built around a monastery, castle or simple hamlet.
Having realised our dream, which allows us every day to savour the colours
and scents of the seasons and the relaxing beauty of the countryside, we
look forward to sharing it with our guests who will enjoy an unforgettable
stay immersed in these green hills and only 20 minutes from the history,
culture and art of the city of Florence. |

are glad to offer some food products that are exclusively produced
for the guests of Podere Valle del Sole our oil and marmelade,
liqueur, truffles products, cheese, delicatessen are at disposal on
request of the guests during thei holiday in our home, genuine
products should also be these.
Tasted, with others specialities, direct at Podere by the warm and
friendly tavern "La Balestra".
